Booking Terms
- Rates valid until 30th June 2026.
- Rates may differ during peak periods like Christmas, New Year, long weekends, Diwali, Holi, and park blackout periods; contact reservations for details.
- 30% advance at booking, balance 60 days before arrival.
- No adjustments or refunds for unavailed facilities.
- Minimum 24 hours notice for airport/station transfers; urgent requests via phone.
ID & Payment Requirements
- Photo ID required at check-in: Foreign nationals need Passport/visa; Indian nationals need Passport, Driving License, Voter ID, Aadhaar, or PAN (matching booking).
- Credit card payments need signed authorization and original card on arrival.
- Check-in 1330 hrs, check-out 1100 hrs; early/late subject to availability, guarantee by prior night booking.
Park Closures
- Central India parks (e.g., Kanha, Bandhavgarh, Pench) close Wednesday afternoons, full days on Diwali and Holi.
- Tadoba: Core gates closed Tuesdays, buffer gates Wednesdays, plus Diwali, Holi, Anant Chaturdashi, and 1st May; full core closure 1 Jul–30 Sep.
- Ranthambore: Core zones (1-5) closed Wednesdays and Jul-Sep (monsoon); buffer zones (6-10) closed Tuesdays; full closures on Diwali, Holi.
- Kaziranga: No routine weekly closures; jeep/elephant safaris closed mid-May–Oct (monsoon/floods); occasional festival shutdowns (e.g., Bohag Bihu Apr).
- Parks may close short-notice for rain/monsoon (core zones typically Jul–Sep/Oct).
Payment Policy
- 30% non-refundable deposit on invoice confirms booking.
- 100% for Apex airfare.
- 70% balance 90 days before travel.
